A few weeks ago, when my beloved brother was visiting from Paris, we decided to finally head to the Devonian Botanic Garden for an impromptu family picnic. I rarely post about my personal life and my family, but we had such a special day I wanted to share some of the photos my talented brother took.

We were there during the Japanese Spring Festival and got to see martial arts demonstrations - my son loved it, especially the music.
He loved the sensory garden and was running everywhere.
We had a lovely picnic by a pond - it was before the mosquitoes invaded the city...

An impromptu diaper changing session gave us a rest from the intense sun.
