A couple of months ago, I started thinking about Valentine's Day and racking my brain to find a cute and easy DIY because, let's face it, I'm not very skilled when it comes to making things. I wanted to make cute personalized valentines but didn't want to attempt scissors or stickers. That's when the Impressed App came in. In just a few easy clicks on your smartphone, you can upload your favorite photos and get them printed and sent directly to your doorstep.
Easy as that! You can even set up a fun little Valentine's Day photo shoot with your little one, or print out some cute couple pictures. I even threw in a wedding photo, because the square format is just so adorable. Okay, okay, not much of a DIY you say? That's when yours truly decided to involve some fun filters.
I was trying to come up for cute photoshoot ideas when I thought of the Snapchat filters. I mean, we all play with them and, let's face it, who doesn't love them? So I decided to send Valentine's Day kisses to my husband and closest friends with some silly bunny ears and flower crowns.
Just open your Snapchat app, have at it with the filters, save the photos and import them to your Impressed app. I cropped my photos before importing them because I loved the square format and wanted them to be properly positioned. Voilà!
How's that for an easy DIY?! No glue on your hands, no paint stains on your shirt. Just a neat little stack of cute and funny photos in your mailbox!
